When I was 12 years old my mother and I moved into our first home, it was a life changing event that I will never forget. Having our own driveway where I could play basketball with my friends and a community where we could ride our bikes and play was simply amazing. I have always gravitated towards sales & customer service, so after gaining my formal education with a Bachelors from UNCP and an MBA from UNCC I knew that Real Estate was where I belonged.
Entering the Industry in 2007, many would say was a stroke of bad luck, but I never saw it that way. The 2008 Real Estate Recession was an excellent time to hone my craft and fortunately I had some fairly immediate success. It was a market filled with inventory but little to no demand. So I attacked the apartment complexes. Knocking doors and building my database. In the beginning, I primarily only worked with buyers, but with time I became a Top Producing Listing agent as well.
In 2016, I realized that I needed to have a team so that we could provide a top notch level of customer service. I still thoroughly enjoy being involved in Real Estate deals, but recognize the Value in being surrounded with Highly Motivated & Driven individuals. I have trained all of my agents utilizing my principles and we pride ourselves in providing our Customers with the Ultimate Customer Experience. Our Slogan is "Let's do a Deal." But I want to clarify that this is not transactional. We view ourselves as Problem Solvers and we are Value Oriented. The "Deals" are the Real Estate problems/challenges that you currently have and we are here to provide Solutions.
